We are looking to recruit enthusiastic and customer focused Shop Assistants to join our busy and friendly team.
Based in the Farm Shop, you will provide an outstanding level of service, assisting customers with purchases and enquiries.
Replenishing stock and maintaining displays, you'll ensure our shop is always attractive and appealing to our customers.
You will also have the opportunity to gain experience in other areas, supporting the wider team.
In all that you do you will provide a welcoming environment, maximising both sales and customer satisfaction.
About you
You will have some relevant experience, possibly in a retail setting or customer-facing role.
You are an outstanding communicator, with a friendly and helpful approach, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.
What’s more, you’re able to think on your feet, a key skill, considering you’ll never know who’ll come into the shop next.
Above all, you'll be pro-active and flexible and will enjoy working within a team.
